Population explosion !!!

Recently read an article on BBC - An agriculture minister in Maharashtra, India had passed a law to cut down water supply to farmers who have more than 2 children. Good brains on the shoulders of Indian politicians these days you might say, Guess the minister just started his neuro-motor yesterday and tired out his solitary nerve cell. Seems to be an important way to curb the explosive Indian population. Why pounce on poor farmers??? Why not the politicians themselves, industrialists, CEOs, scientists…. Huh!!!
With due respect to the honorable minister, here is a list of few suggestions to curb exorbitant expenditure amongst politicians with regard to family planning:

1) Lower down their wages ten-fold if any politician has more than 2 children. They better practice what they preach
(That way Laloo Prasad will be paying millions back to the Indian government)

2) Cut down all types of security, if a politician has a criminal record which is an important qualification of every Indian politician.
(The entire police force would be idling till eternity)

3) Confiscate all cars for the politician, if the politician is caught having an extra-marital affair.
(This way they wouldn't frequent those hotel rooms. And all Ambassador cars in India would have to be exported to Malaysia – the largest junkyard for cars in Asia.)

4) All politicians should be actively and rigorously involved in family planning during their tenure, failing which he won't have the right to stand for the next election.
