Random thoughts, rants and pointless observations....

A couple of random thoughts about my life off late, which may very run into several blogs

1. A letter, which I received the other day, really meant a lot to me. Its true that people get back to you in times of your successes and happiness; few console you in times of difficulties and worries. That email made all the difference. I really wished that I could touch the person's feet then!!
   
2. Nidra-devichi aradhana – Old Marathi lesson - About people who can sleep anywhere and everywhere. Count me in this elite clan. Cricket matches, soccer games, movies, parties theaters and I broke the record by sleeping at the Stomp Concert in New York City. Its a rhythm and percussionist show, known as the 'loudest' show on earth. Now this is something I'm really not proud of.
   
3. Stayed at this really nice place in Brooklyn, NY. It was a century-old apartment. In fact, we stayed at one of the Stomp lead performers' house. And the whole design was out of the world. Pretty neat I must say. I wish I had taken a snap.
   
4. I hate it when people don't have a decent level of sense of humor and fail to understand my jokes. All my creativity goes down the drain. What a shame!!!
   
5. For once in my life, I felt I was in love.............after listening to this beautiful song!!! Haahaa....Now thats weird. Pretty ridiculous. Nice thought though (repetition :D)......... but brushed aside and it can wait. Love should be the last thing on my mind these days....
   

Time to move on!!! Looking for a great family reunion over the weekend :)
